My friend is only 21 and about a size 2, and cannot find any shorts that will fit her growing belly. Even xs shorts in maternity don't fit they are too big, but regular jeans in her size are too tight on her belly and don't button. Where can she find cute, stylish maternity clothes that will fit.

she likely won't find anything, possibly in a high end maternity store. i have a friend who is super tiny too and she had to have all of her maternity clothes tailored to fit her because none of the pants fit her. there are some with drawstrings with the full belly pannel, they probably wouldn't be a cute tight fit in the legs and butt but it better than being naked.
